Who doesn’t like Ice-creams, I love to have them even during winter. But mine would be slightly varied version made with Bananas which are loaded with potassium, minerals and filled with fiber. But these bananas are frozen and not the ones at room temperature. Let’s look at the recipe.
- Frozen Bananas – 4 cups
- Frozen cherries – 2 cups
- Hemp seeds – 1 cup
Initially blend 2 cups of frozen bananas with frozen cherries until you get smooth consistency and then transfer it to a 3 * 5 inch container. Now place this container in freezer for 30 to 40 mins just so that it hardens. Similarly now blend rest of 2 cups of frozen bananas with hemp seeds follow the same steps as you did for cherry and banana mixture, place it also in freeze for 30 to 40 mins. Once the mixture hardens to Ice- Cream like texture then scoop it with the ice-cream scoop and Enjoy! I can assure you, that you won’t miss Ice-creams after having it and would prefer this healthier version which is natural and unprocessed to have every other day. For variations if you don’t like Bananas then you can use Pineapples/Mango and add any other fruits to go along with it. Hope you will try and let me know if you liked it.
