Who doesn’t like fruits? …Most people try to avoid it as they feel fruits are loaded with sugar, either it makes you fat or will spike your glucose level in your blood. But the fact is fruits are loaded with phytonutrients and anti oxidants which is essential for your body to be nourished. If you don’t like sweet fruits(Like Bananas or Mangoes which are sweet then opt for berries they are loaded with high concentrations of anthocyanin, an antioxidant that may help lower blood pressure and improve blood vessel function touch to it. I do like to eat seasonal fruits as they are fresh and locally available. And, again I use frozen fruits as a base to most of my smoothies. I don’t want to hold you up guys, let’s dive into the recipe!
- 1 cup chopped Pineapple.
- 1 cup mixed berries(Strawberry, Raspberry, Blue berry, Black Berry).
- 1/2 cup spotted bananas.
- 1 cup Navel Orange.
- 1 cup Kiwi
- 1 cup Alfonso Mango
- 1 tsp of desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp Amchur or dried Mango Powder
- 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala.
Mix all the ingredients. Chop mint into tiny bits and sprinkle over the mixture. Add in the spices and mix it well with your hands(If you prefer) or spatula. Finally Sprinkle some desiccated coconut all over. Keep it in fridge for at least 1 hour and then serve. Yum!!
