This smoothie is a energy booster and tastes amazing too. Its loaded full of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fiber which is good for digestion. This Smoothie will definitely refresh your mood and keep you energized throughout the day.
- Spinach 1 cup
- Kale 1/2 cup
- Green Apple-2
- 8-10 mint leaves
- spotted bananas 2
- 2 mini cucumbers
- Ginger 1 inch
- 5 dates or 2 tsp Maple syrup/Raw Honey for sweetness
- water 1 cup.
NOTE: Alternative if you don’t want to use honey or maple syrup then you can blend dates to a smooth paste with 1/4 cup of water.
Add all the ingredients in the blender along with some ice cube blend it till it reaches smooth consistency.
